Peanut Brittle Recipe What Action Does Adding Baking Soda In Peanut Brittle Recipe Serve?

What action does adding baking soda in peanut brittle recipe serve? - peanut brittle recipe

Ooooo ... is the secret ingredient ... LOL ... Instead of too thick - break - your teeth - fragile ... added that bubble where everything is clear, however, a clear light, easy to break. What does that mean? It is a bit touchy.

I can also add 1 teaspoon of vanilla at the end of me as well .. shortly before the addition of soda ..

Have you ever tried "soft" fragile ... It is fresh and tender, but adds, peanut butter, really. Melts in the mouth. Yummy

It is "soft", otherwise it would be more like a chocolate bar with peanuts in it. Be careful when you add baking soda as you add a bit - sure to bead a pot large enough to cook several inches of space above the candy for use when adding baking soda.

Good luck!
