The cap is vertical and my output horizantal. The guide is only 90 degrees horizantal rotate, but I can not understand how to activate it? Plz help ~ ~

Buy a 3-way adapter to this jack and use the part that holds the lid in a vertical position.
Try to go to Wal-Mart or somewhere to buy an adapter. They are inexpensive and easy to find.
