Has anyone used the Virtuoso luxury travel network? - luxury travel accessories
What can you offer me? It is on my Mastercard (Citi Premier Pass World) elite, and I wonder whether it really provides benefits that are not used during the trip? The site is very vague (or not apply, etc.) ... Has anyone information? Thank you!

Yes. Virtuoso is not a travel agency. It's a network that connects highend travel agencies adn highend hotels& tour operators togher. So, basically, if you go to a fancy travel agency in New York, and ask them to plan a luxury safari trip to Kenya or China. If that is a Virtuoso agent, they will have preferred access and rates to book services for you in those countries.
My experience with the advantage that they pay for it outweigh the benefits you receive from them.
