I would say deoends into the filter, and I think it depends on to start the water, the amount of chlorine varies from region to region, and filtration, so that there will be too many variables, to exact a precise answer . You should check to see what you are trying to land and water on the manufacturer's website to see how the filter that removes chlorine.

Filters are not not remove all the chlorine. Buy a water conditioner that remove chlorine and heavy metals. There are many species of reptiles and fishes. Both are sure to remove the heavy metals and chlorine. do not want something that adds layers of stress or to help her balance. I have a that a little lime are added to the water, with no problems from the bad. I did one years without problems.

The one I now I'm paying $ 4 for me lasts 6 months or longer.

I think not. I'm growing mushrooms and they told me my faucet and bring to a boil and cook for five minutes. This system will go to no chlorine and is inexpensive.
